Married since 1990, we arrived in Las Vegas from Cerritos, California with the dream of "setting the town on fire!" This is exactly what happened when we were drawn by the lucrative profession of selling real estate. Originally hanging our licenses with a major real estate franchise in 2002, with a quest to be of more service to our clients, we transferred our association to Liberty Realty, an individually owned corporation (Richard Bell, CEO), which consistently displays an ultimate loyalty to its buyers, sellers, staff and Realtors.
Our real estate practice consists of transactions with both the sellers and buyers that have totaled more than 30 million dollars! We are ateam who work tenaciously for our clients and have handled sales and purchases from the smallest condominiums to single family estates and hi-rise condotels!
We understand the importance of the phrase "A Realtor for Life". With minimal exceptions, we are consistently in touch with every clients with whom we have done business - and for the most part, our clients have become friends. Although referrals come on a regular basis, we are running our practice like any other high-volume corporation through extensively high-end marketing which benefits our buyers and sellers. We have saturated the market with monthly full page color ads in the Las Vegas home magazines, MLS advertising, Virtual Tours, Email Flyers, Billboards throughout the Southwest section of the city and highly professional monthly Newsletters and postcard mailings.
